Rachel Biundo
Executive Director
Rachel is a seasoned non-profit executive committed to driving positive change and fostering sustainable growth. Prior to TEPF she served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement for Brightpoint Community College and Executive Director of the Brightpoint Community College Foundation. During her tenure she led initiatives to build the college’s brand and fortify the college's financial sustainability through strategic partnerships and successful fundraising initiatives.
Prior non-profit leadership roles include Vice President of Communications & Marketing at the Medical Society of Virginia, Executive Director of the Senior Center of Richmond, and Director of Development/Director of Communications of St. Joseph’s Villa. Corporate roles include Director of Communications for Manorhouse Retirement Centers, Assistant Vice President for Student Lending at Crestar Bank and Copywriter/Market Analyst at Heilig-Meyers Furniture.
Rachel holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Studies from the University of Richmond and a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from Virginia Tech. She is a Richmond native and proud graduate of Douglas Freeman High School, one of TEPF’s inaugural cohort of participating schools.
