Allen Soong is a founding Partner of Paladin Management Group, a leading middle-market corporate turnaround and restructuring advisory firm. Allen has advised management teams, boards, and other stakeholders of companies in distress across a broad range of industries, guiding them through the most difficult decisions under the most challenging conditions. In his twenty-plus-year career in restructuring, Allen has served not only in advisory roles but also interim management and multiple appointments as Chief Restructuring Officer.

Prior to his restructuring career, Allen worked in private equity and began his professional life with McKinsey & Company.

Born into an immigrant Chinese family and raised in the Boston area, Allen is a graduate and active alumni volunteer of Phillips Academy and Harvard University. He now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three daughters.
